What are your payment methods?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal linked to a credit card, UPI in India, and Pix in Brazil. Invoices are available for the Enterprise plan.

Can I get a refund?

Monthly subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days. Yearly subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days.

On how many devices can I install Caido?

Install Caido on any number of devices, whichever plan you use.

Is Caido open source?

Caido is not open source. Its plugin ecosystem includes open source projects, and Caido uses standard open formats where possible.

Do you have an education plan?

Students and teachers can get the free one-year Education plan. Create an account, then follow the steps in the documentation.

What data do you collect?

When you register, we collect your name, email address and user-agent information.

When an instance connects to Caido cloud services, we collect its IP address and the actions and timestamps of API calls. We do not collect data stored on your instances or your activity inside the Caido application.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel at any time and keep access through the end of your paid billing period.
